CCSL TEAM REGISTRATION PROCESS
Team & Player Registration Process
For Coaches/Managers:
- Create a Crossbar Account
- Go to Leagues | Team Registration and follow the steps to register your team.
- Select a Payment Option
- Choose how you'd like to pay the team fee during the registration process.
- Accept the Staff Invitation
- Once registered, accept the invitation to join as a team staff member.
- Invite Players to Your Team Roster in Crossbar
- Use Crossbar website (do NOT use the phone app) to manage your roster and send invites to your players.
- Remind Players to Register as a Fall Season Player
- All players must register for the 2026 CCSL Fall Season and pay the player fee before participating in any league games.
- Download the Crossbar App
- Access team schedules, send messages, and manage your team on the go.
- Submit Roster Ratings Sheet to Jeff Baranczyk - competitiondirector@cactuscities.com
Important: No player may take the field for a CCSL league game without completing registration and payment.

April 13 - Fall Team Registration Opens
Sep 19 - Fall Team Registration Closes
Team Fee
Register your team for $0 today — the team fee of $450 is due either at the time of registration or as a one-time scheduled payment on Monday September 21.
Your team fee will be refunded to the original form of payment at the conclusion of the Fall Season, provided your team has played all scheduled games. Teams are allowed one courtesy forfeit day; all applicable forfeit fees will still apply. Scheduled byes do not count as a forfeit.

- Please note: Fall Season does not offer make up weeks in case of weather or other factors that prevent us from hosting a day of league play.
